It seems like a festival of mine won’t be complete until I’ve seen some Irish punks on stage. Well, what can I say. Chalk did live up the hype that I created around them for myself. A great set that doesn’t quiet down until the very end, with the mesmerizing and sometimes even ‘Born Slippy’-esque shoegaze packed anthem ‘Conditions’ as the climax.
