Last year, I found myself listening to The Silhouettes Project, a UK project highlighting young talent within the R&B/hip-hop scene from the London area. As far as I’m aware, neither Cap1talA or Onivola have anything to do with this project but ‘Something About Us’ would easily fit in with the vibe on either of the two albums The Silhouettes Project has released so far. I really enjoy listening to this mellow kind of jazz influenced hip-hop during the start of spring and it helps me slow down a bit when life gets ahead of me.
