Throughout all this festival and hyperfixation nonsense, I have completely forgotten to highlight the latest single release by Fontaines D.C.. ‘Favourite’ is sonically yet again quite a bit different than what we have heard from the Irishmen in the past, but also doesn’t share too many similarities with previous single ‘Starburster‘ either. Their forthcoming album ‘Romance’ is going to be an interesting one!
