Another typical London act on the Haldern bill this year is The Silhouettes Project. Much to my surprise, the hip-hop/R&B project I discovered last year got added to the line-up quite early days which filled me with a bunch of excitement. I had only recently picked up on this project and even though most of their music isn’t quite aligned with my usual preferences, I’m still very much intrigued as to how this massive movement will unfold on a festival stage: the latest album by The Silhouettes Projects features over 30 different artists! I really wonder how that will fit on Haldern’s tiny Spiegeltent stage…
