Let’s start the week with a bit of a forgotten indie song. Let’s Eat Grandma quickly made name for themselves after their electronic indie debut ‘I, Gemini’ made quite some waves in 2016. ‘Eat Shiitake Mushrooms’ was the first song I heard off of it and quite took me by surprise. 8 years later, it’s still a great tune though.
