Spent some time back in The Netherlands the last few weeks so I had some time to listen to some Dutch radio. As you probably know, I’m completely unbothered by all the regional popular content (e.g. Dutch schlagers) but instead, I like to spend time listening to alternative radio stations such as KINK FM and Pinguin Radio. The latter played this new release by High Vis, who I know as a hardcore band but this surprisingly chill single ‘Mind’s a Lie’ really stuck in my head. Graham Style’s hardcore vocals over an indie leaning beat make this for a weirdly captivating tune, though I’m not sure how the hardcore punk fans will react to it.
