Isn’t it strange that Noel Gallagher isn’t mentioned in the title of this track? Gallagher co-wrote ‘Setting Sun’ as well as provided the vocals on this track, but didn’t get a mention on YouTube, Spotify, or probably any other streaming service. Odd! Well, that wasn’t the reason why I wanted to feature this song on the blog. The real reason is that the video for ‘Setting Sun’ is filmed in pretty much my back yard: Crystal Palace Park! It’s a lovely park with the ruins of what once was the mighty Crystal Palace (until it burned down in the 30s). I can highly recommend visiting! Who knows, you’ll even find me wandering around there.
