January usually marks one of music’s most insignificant months of the year and with it coming to an end, I’m starting to look forward to what the rest of 2025 has to offer. Next to plenty of great new releases, I’m excited for the many gigs and festivals I’ll be attending. Last week, I secured myself a ticket for 2000trees, the annual rock and metal festival over in the British Cotswolds. It’ll be the fourth year in a row I’ll be heading down to what is my favourite music festival on the planet. This year’s line up features the likes of KNEECAP, Alexisonfire, FIDLAR, together with the slightly heavier Stick To Your Guns, Imminence, and many, many more. As always, I can’t wait for this one!
