This album, and in particular this song, has been on repeat this week. I absolutely adore it. Listening to ‘Renaissance’ gives me the same feeling I had when Sleep Token released ‘Aqua Regia’, back in 2023. The album that song featured on (‘Take Me Back To Eden’) turned out to be my album of the year that year. I’m not sure if Eidola’s ‘Mend’ will celebrate that same status but, crikey. I sure do love this song. I’ve been feeling quite sentimental over the last few days. Don’t exactly know why. I got a lot of exciting plans lined up for 2025. On the flip side, I feel like this year might be a bit of an emotional rollercoaster as well. I don’t know. I suppose you never really know where life will take you. Either way, Eidola’s ‘Renaissance’ has been getting quite meaningful to me over the last few days. I love it, and I’m planning to listen to it for many months to come.
