Not too long ago, I gave my copy of Fall Out Boy’s ‘Infinity On High’ a spin again. It had been ages since I played it but I instantly picked up on so many of the classics on that record. As a kid, Fall Out Boy used to be one of my favourite bands and I still remember being upset with my parents as a 10-year-old or so, that they wouldn’t let me and a classmate to go to Berlin together for a Fall Out Boy gig. How dare they not let their little boy go to a different country for a music concert. Ha! All jokes aside, that might’ve not been the smartest idea I ever had but it’s definitely one of the many fond memories I hold to listening to this album. By the way, it’s been about 20 years and I still haven’t seen Fall Out Boy live! Wonder if the day will ever come where me and that emo girl from elementary school will visit a Fall Out Boy concert together…
