It just happens sometimes, doesn’t it? A band you once adored releases an album and you’re just not bothered whatsoever. Well, when Glass Animals dropped ‘I Love You So F***ing Much’ last year, I just couldn’t get myself to listen to it. I simply didn’t care. Weird, that is. I used to like this band a lot and I even own a copy of each of their other albums. I suppose I just wasn’t at the right place at the right time when this album got released. The only song I saved off of this record is ‘Creatures in Heaven’ which has been in one of my low hanging fruit kind of playlists for a long time now. I guess it’s quite a decent song. Nothing too exciting, but not doing any harm either. Wouldn’t mind listening to it again.
