I don’t find myself sharing dance music on this platform all too often. Mainly ‘cos I’m not really present in the scene and don’t really have an outspoken preference for any of the genre’s subgenres, either. My partner however, is a lot more involved in the world of electronic music and occasionally sends me some stuff she thinks I might like. It’s not always a hit, but this 2023-song by Rotterdam based drum and bass producer Buunshin did great things for me right from the get go. I’ve only known it for a week or two but happily found myself going back to this strangely melancholic tune every other day.
