The other day, my colleague casually played this song before putting me in charge of the music playing at the office that day. I’m pretty sure he knew exactly what he was doing ‘cos I naturally took a liking to this tune. Me and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets go way back; I first shared them on my previous blog ‘De Spotlight’ all the way back in 2017 and even though I haven’t listened to much of their songs recently, I’ve always tried keeping an eye out for them. Speaking of which, I should probably give their 2025 album ‘Carpe Diem, Moonman‘ a spin or two before the end of the year. If it sounds anything like ‘Manny’s Ready to Roll’ (which will be featured on eight album ‘Pogo Radio’, to be released in October), I’m up for a treat.
