Who says Jam of Today doesn’t care about pop music, huh?! Eat this! Ha! Well, truth be told, most popular songs are not quite up to my interest and I wouldn’t have the foggiest what artist is currently on top of any charts. What I do know though, is that Canadian rapper bbno$ happens to be one of the few artists within the pop realm that I actually do quite like. In the past, Alexander Leon Gumuchian has dropped songs like ‘sriracha’, ‘bad to the bone’, and the hilarious ‘Special Price’ (featuring Dutch rapper Donnie) that already made it to the Jam of Today playlist, not in the first place because of that ridiculously captivating production. June release ‘1-800’ featuring Puerto Rican VTuber Ironmouse might perhaps be the catchiest of ’em all, with a beat so dazzling it makes me dance wherever I go.
