I’ll be the first one to admit that I completely missed this album last year and, you know… I don’t feel all too bad about that either. I did give it a spin earlier this year and whereas I have to be in the very right frame of mind to enjoy The Lemon Twigs, there was one song on ‘A Dream Is All We Know’ that I quite dug, namely ‘Peppermint Roses’, which has that typical Lemon Twigs-60’s twist to it but is just jangly and quirky enough to be liked by yours truly.
