Spent my entire Friday listening to new releases and albums I didn’t listen to yet this year and this song by Niis (pronounced ‘nice‘) literally blew me away. Hailing off of ‘NIIS WORLD’, this song is a phenomenal blast of hardcore garage punk energy featuring some of the most satisfying and simply delicious drums I’ve heard all year. It sparked me listening to the entire album and I can assure you: this is quite the hidden gem. For fans of some of the above-mentioned nonsense, this debut album is a must listen. With a length of only 26,5 minutes, it’ll over before you know it and I found myself longing for more after each play.
