A couple of months ago I wrote how I attended (what I thought) was my final ever Stray From The Path show. Not much later, I realised the iconic hardcore band is doing one final tour at the end of the year, playing one final show in London coming November. At first, I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to get myself a ticket since I had such a blast at Rock im Park and I would’ve been perfectly happy with that show being my final SFTP-show. However, the full line-up of this oncoming gig made me change my mind. Not only will Stray From The Path be performing, also blog favourites Calva Louise, Graphic Nature and Alpha Wolf are to enter the stage on this already legendary evening. The only band of those 4 still missing from the Jam of Today playlist is Alpha Wolf, a Tasmanian metalcore group whose name has been popping up every here and there for quite some time now. ‘No Name’ is one of the few songs I’ve been spinning quite regularly and with November fast approaching (I mean, it’s October now…) I can’t wait for this night to be as epic as can be.
