Spotify’s been pitching this 2024 song by Hank to me like crazy recently. Pretty much every indie leaning mix that I’ve been listening to has this song popping up in it. I mean, it’s a great song and I do like it (probably due to the significant exposure to it in recent times) but it just seems so random: why specifically this song that’s over a year old already? To prevent Hank’s ‘DYLM’ from continuously being added to Spotify’s auto-generated playlists, I’ve thought of the ultimate form of revenge to take this song out of my discovery domain once and for all: I will add to the Jam of Today playlist instead. Ha! Take that!
