Midway through December, I got a strong urge of sharing some recent discoveries of mine on the blog but due to the Special, I wasn’t able to highlight some of my late 2025 discoveries on the blog until now. Perhaps I’ll loosely turn the rest of this week into some semi-new-music week, not sure yet. Either way, here’s one of the new artists I stumbled upon called Danny Ray who, according to his bio on his label’s website, has had some kind of viral hit with his 2024-single ‘Hot Singles In Your Area!’, though I personally are more a fan of the West-Londoner’s funk indie single ‘The Light Is Burning Out’. What a great, catchy tune this is! It’s been stuck in my head for ages!
