Eye-catching vaporwave act Gunship has released an epic new song called ‘Tell Me When the World Stops Ending’, possible their most fierce piece of content as of yet. This song, which sort of feels like a synthified version of HEALTH, is an extremely enthralling piece of content written for John Carpenter’s upcoming video game Toxic Commando (check out the game’s trailer here), which makes for yet another collab with the notorious filmmaker. With the British synth band being known for their brilliantly executed mix of 80s aesthetics, storytelling, and modern sound and visuals, it’s no surprise they get reeled in for projects like these. Gunship’s most recent releases include an acclaimed cover of Tears For Fears’ classic ‘Mad World‘ and a remix of Evanescence’s ‘Afterlife‘, which shows that the duo is on a hot streak of dropping great tunes. With ‘Tell Me When the World Stops Ending’, Gunship seems to be heading towards an apocalyptic climax of yet another bewitching saga.
