Agreed, it is a bit whiny at times but, you know, there’s something to it: Beartooth has kicked off their new era with ‘Free’, their first release on Fearless Records (August Burns Red, DON BROCO, Pierce The Veil, and many others). Musically, I feel like this release is one of the better ones Beartooth have dropped in a good while ‘cos, truth be told, I haven’t really been into many of the metalcore band’s recent (2023-now) tunes. This yesterday-released song however, stands out to me as one I’d happily play over and over again. I wonder if its producer has anything to do with that, given that you might have seen his name on the blog before…
