Remember how I was kind of stressed about my oncoming festival season a few weeks ago? Well, I’m happy to mention things are heading in the right direction now! Last week, I got a message that my second festival of this year – Jera on Air – is as good as confirmed and earlier today, I secured myself of a ticket for another one of my annual visits in the infamous Haldern Pop festival. One of the acts I’m most excited for is American duo Friko, who have made a great name for themselves in the somewhat underground indie scene with their 2024 album ‘Where we’ve been, Where we go from here‘ and it took me by surprise that the small German festival managed to book the band for this year’s edition. I guess it says a lot about Haldern Pop, who never fail to surprise with their well-rounded and exciting line-up.
