What started off as a meme is… still very much of a meme. But a real fun one, for me and my partner at least. We play this song to each other every now and then and it just consistently cracks me up. It’s just such a silly tune. Making an emocore-meets-country song is quite a ridiculous idea in itself (or is it?) but to then go and execute it perfectly too, is just goofy to the max. Belmont already is such a funny band and for them to make a tune like this is nothing short of a match made in heaven, although I’m sure many proper music snobs would disagree!
