Even though I haven’t hosted a radio show in almost a decade, the DJ within me will forever enjoy a solid musical transition. That’s why I feel like Caribou’s classic ‘Odessa’ has all the right to be played right after yesterday’s Jam by Casiokids. In fact, whenever I think of the Norwegians’ song, ‘Odessa’ is actually the one often popping into my head instead. Coincidentally, this is also one of my old-school favourites and probably one of my more frequently played songs from the 10s. I still admire it as a fantastic piece of indie electronic music to this day.
