What an album! I think I’ve played Tigercub’s brand-new release ‘Nets to Catch the Wind’ at least 4 times already ever since it dropped yesterday. I already had a hunch this album was going to be great after picking up on their single ‘A Black Moon‘ but so far, I think I can safely say that this is my favourite album of 2026 so far. The British rock trio’s fourth is probably their best to date and is chock-full of sombre rock songs whose deep and dark sounds pinch you straight into your soul. Easy recommendation for everyone who’s up for a bit of gloomy alternative rock this Saturday.
