What a song this is! Cardinals’ ‘Big Empty Heart’ reminds me a lot of songs by bands like The Maccabees, Mew, Elbow, and even Doves, perhaps. It was a true surprise for me to learn this song is only 4 months old! What a find! Blown away by the quality of this Irish band.
