After months of being busy with all sorts of things, today, I finally had time to mount my trusted steel steed again and go for a serious cycle, my first one since January! Today’s ride was an important one too, since I had to transport my bike from my parents’ house all the way down to my own house. I figured, the best way to do so is by actually riding it. My bike had been stored in the shed back in my hometown all this time and I was dying to go down this route, something I’ve been wanting to do for months now but due to all sorts of reasons I had to postpone this particular trip up until this weekend. Now that my bike is finally back in my hands full-time, I’ll be able to explore the province of Utrecht by ways of cycling through its picturesque nature, quaint villages, and across to its underrated cities. Not next week though, since I’m heading to England tomorrow. Hopefully, once I’m back, I’ll be able to treat myself to a nice cycle at least once a week.
